Highlights & Insights Newsletter. Quarterly web-based newsletter, 5-10 new articles per issue. Subtle pastels from opposite sides of the color wheel offer a pleasing environment for her highly sensitive audience, and each newsletter can be read as a professional website on its own.
ThoughtsByEmail.com. Free mini-ezines full of fun and thoughtful topics. I formatted the website itself and each newsletter template; set up the signup form and software to make the form work; and queued up and tested all ezines to assure that subscription is easy and ezines are sent on schedule.
Ezines Managed
Comfort Zone. Dr. Elaine Aron's 28,000-subscriber newsletter with recent research and tips for living as a Highly Sensitive Person. I arranged for reliable hosting, and continue to proof, format, schedule and send the newsletter each quarter. Her subscriber numbers have tripled in three years.
Online Business Management News. Twice-monthly news and practical tips for Online Business Managers and the business owners who hire them. I format, add TOC, schedule, track links and post the main article on her blog, to reliably meet her every-other-Friday deadline.

CoachVille Member News - formatted, sent, and occasionally selected content.

CoachVille Dailies - 1999-2005 - formatted, scheduled, and sent Top Tens (Personal and Business), Daily Quotes, Daily Wordz, Daily Distinctions, Coaching Tips, and Coaching Nuggets among others. 10,000 subscribers. Also was main contact for writers and subscribers. These ezines were discontinued in 2005, and the content is currently being revived by a new team.
